The Anya Seton Papers
Correspondence, drafts, financial records, photographs, and memorabilia document the life and work of historical novelist Anya Seton. Seton is best known for her books, "The Winthrop Woman" and "Katherine." The bulk of this collection concerns her publications and includes manuscripts, correspondence with publishers, research materials, drafts, reviews, publicity, and royalty staements. Other material relates to her parents, Ernest Thompson and Grace Gallatin Seton, and her children.

Collection contains records from Thomas N. Cooke that spans from the creation of his real estate firm in 1899 to 1988, with the bulk of the information dating from 1899-1950. The collection features records of early 20th century real estate transactions which include correspondence, statements, ledgers, maps and property photos. Ephemera, property listing brochures and published advertisements are also included.

Townsend Genealogy Collection
This collection contains records and information from 1892 to 1997, with the bulk of the material being late 1800s to early 1900s. The books are individually catalogued and the Hereditary Societies series is broken up into folders by society name. The newspaper clippings in the Genealogical Research and Notes series have all been copied, and those copies are foldered with the clippings themselves.
