Scope and Contents

This collection includes real estate information and photographs from Town & Country Properties of Greenwich. The real estate records, dated from 1947-1985, are arranged into three series - arranged by Address, by Street Name, and by Owner Surname. The information included on the real estate cards include property address, owner information, listing prices and sales prices, MLS information and property blurbs. The bulk of the collection, 52 boxes, is found in the Address series and includes approximately 9,400 real estate cards. Property photographs are attached to the back of many of the cards. A small amount of photographs with no corresponding address catalog cards were placed appropriately in the Street Name series.
